12000 new trees: Davines Romania invited our clients to take part to an afforestation project, in the shadow of the woods
On April 13th 2019, Davines Romania walked our clients and friends into the forest: together with Beard Brother, Music Outdoor Experience team and thanks to the support of the Poieni Town Hall, 12000 new trees were planted!
The project
The tree planting project "Come with us into the shadow of the forest" took place in the Draganului Valley, an area that for several years now has been affected by a massive deforestation.
“
We bought all the necessary tools, we crammed ourselves together into few cars and then walked for 2 kilometres to reach the location we chose. No matter the ugly weather: we did our job anyway - rain is good for the forest - and planted 12000 trees! In the end, we ate gulas together to celebrate.
With this planting activity, Davines Romania aimed at sharing our values and give more strenght to a community of hairdressers, with which it will be possible to carry out environmental, social and cultural projects. Its's always a pleasure when our values resonate with the values of our clients!
